What we collect
When you use the booking form on this site
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- The service address where you want the detail
- The package, vehicle size and add-ons you selected, and the price shown to you
- Anything you type into the notes field
We also record the IP address and browser identifier that submitted the form. We use these only to stop automated spam and to rate limit abuse of the form. They are not used to build a profile of you or to track you across other sites.
When you contact us through Facebook or Instagram
If you reply to one of our ads or submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the information you entered, typically your name, phone number, ZIP code and vehicle type. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
When you become a customer
- Vehicle details, including make, model and condition notes
- Appointment dates, times and service addresses
- Photographs of your vehicle taken before, during and after the work
- Records of what was performed and what was charged, including amounts paid, sales tax and any tip
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third party scripts of any kind. Nothing on this site tracks you.
We never see or store your full card number. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by the card processor and we only keep a record that the payment happened and for how much.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the detail you asked for, and to give you a price
- To schedule your appointment and find your vehicle
- To perform the service and record what was done
- To send you a quote, invoice or receipt
- To keep the financial and sales tax records Florida requires us to keep
- With your permission, to show before and after photographs of our work
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to detailing your vehicle.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. It is shared only with the small number of providers we need to run the business:
- The company that hosts our website and booking system, which stores the records on our behalf
- Our email provider, used only to notify the owner that a new inquiry came in
- Our payment processor, if you pay by card
- Meta, if you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, since the lead originates on their platform
- Our accountant or the State of Florida, where tax law requires it
Photographs
We photograph vehicles as part of normal work, both to record condition before we start and to show the finished result. We may use these photographs on our website and social media. Photographs are framed on the vehicle, and we remove or blur license plates before publishing. If you would rather we not publish photographs of your vehicle, tell us at any time and we will not, including after the fact.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that never become jobs are kept while they are still worth following up on, and cleared out once they are stale.
Records attached to money, meaning completed jobs, invoices, payments and receipts, are kept for as long as Florida tax and business record rules require. These records are archived rather than erased, because deleting them would break the revenue and sales tax history we are obligated to be able to produce.
Your choices

- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, with the exception of completed transaction records we are required to keep
- Stop contacting you
- Remove any photograph of your vehicle from anywhere we have published it
You do not need a reason and there is no form to fill out. Ask and we will do it.
Children
This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will remove it.
Security
Our booking system sits behind an encrypted connection, staff access requires a password, and records are stored on managed infrastructure. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but the amount of personal information we hold is deliberately small.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we ever add analytics or advertising tracking to this site, this page will say so before it goes live.
