A coating makes maintenance easier. It does not remove it. Dirt and water spots still land on the surface, and left long enough they still dull the finish.

Is ceramic coating worth it on a new car?
For most owners, yes. New paint is the cleanest it will ever be, so the coating locks in a good starting point. The payoff is easier washing and a finish that holds its look. If you are keeping the car six months, it is hard to justify.
Is paint correction included?
Yes. Every package includes a one-step correction before the coating goes on, because the coating seals in whatever is there. One stage handles light swirls and wash marks. Paint that needs multiple stages is a bigger job and gets quoted separately after I see it.
What does a 1.5-year ceramic coating protect against?
UV, bird droppings, bug residue, sap, hard water spotting and road film. They attack the coating instead of your clear coat, and come off far easier before they can etch. Chemical and environmental protection, not physical armor.
Are the windows and wheels coated too?
Yes, both, and both are included. The windshield and side glass get the same coating, so water beads and clears faster at speed and bugs and sprinkler spots come off with much less scrubbing. The wheel faces get it too, which is where it earns its keep in Florida: brake dust rinses off instead of baking on. Glass wears faster than paint because the wiper blades ride on it, and wheel faces take the most heat of anything on the car.
How long does the coating last?
Up to a year. Real life depends on how it is washed, whether it is garaged, and sun exposure. A garage-kept car washed properly reaches the full window. One parked outside and run through brush washes will not.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
No. Nothing applied to paint makes it scratch proof, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. It adds a thin sacrificial layer with some resistance to light marring. It will not stop rock chips, key scratches, or swirls from bad wash technique.
How is ceramic coating different from wax?
Wax sits on top and lasts weeks to a few months, breaking down with heat and detergents. A coating chemically bonds to the clear coat and forms a harder, more chemically resistant layer. The difference shows up in durability and chemical resistance.
How do I maintain a ceramic-coated vehicle?
Wash regularly with pH-neutral shampoo, two-bucket or touchless, and dry with clean microfiber. Avoid brush tunnels, harsh degreasers and washing in direct sun. Do not let droppings or sprinkler water sit for days. You get the full rundown when the work is done.
